The bed was very comfortable and shower was brilliant... much needed amenites when travelling for sports carnivals. We stayed here our first stay in Brisbane and my husband was very upset I hadn't booked it on our return when we came back just to catch our flight back to the states. I booked next to the airport and won't make that mistake again.
This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. We phoned reception at the hotel the day before and asked if they know where we would be able to buy these test kits at night. The lady at reception (Helen) offered...
The hotel is very nice. I specifically booked this hotel because it stated on the booking website that it had an airport shuttle; highlighting this as "a rare find". Very disappointed to find on our arrival that it did not have a shuttle and cost an additional $80 in transport fees.
Our room was a fabulous king suite with balcony views. The location was excellent. We stayed just one night before flying out the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the hotel as much as we'd like.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location is very convenient, with many nearby restaurants, and grocery stores, and a quick 10 minute walk to the South Bank parklands, 25 minutes walk to downtown. The area felt very safe, and we enjoyed using the pool and BBQ area amenities. The only thing to note is that there are limited supplies provided (enough for 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry loads) and no basics such as oil, salt, or pepper, so if you're booking for a longer stay or planning...
I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. The staff were brilliant, kind and helpful. The hotel room was beautiful and had everything you would expect and more. The in-room dining for dinner and breakfast was first class. Thank you for such a restful and first class experience.
Stayed there for one night only. Ample, clean room. Location is amazing, close to everything in the CBD. The only potential negative is that the hydraulic structure is pretty noise (faucets, flush, shower) and if you have a light sleep it might bother you during the night when neighbor rooms use them.
