"The room was clean, the air conditioning kept the room a comfortable temperature, and the bed was also pretty comfortable. The fridge worked, but it froze some of our liquids. The doors are very thin and the ice machine for the floor was right outside our room, so I was woken up all hours of the night and morning by people getting ice. The WiFi was broken so the entire hotel’s “system” was down, which meant I had to write my full credit card number and other information on a piece of paper to leave with the front desk. I have no way to verify if that was kept secure. The hotel’s parking lot was closed so we had to park in the city lot, which cost $36 for one night. Overall, staying here was a positive experience and we would stay again. Best price in town, and within walking distance of everything we visited that night."

"Hotel was seemed to have gone through a recent renovation as interior was new with classic touch. Main room was clean well maintained. Bathroom clean and well maintained with the exception of the shower as the grout and overall stall needed a more professional approach to the finishes. Hotel pool and spa utilized. The second morning went to spa it was over chlorinated as it immediately removed the color from my suit and my spouses."

"This is my 3rd time staying here! Each stay has been great for our concerts at nationwide arena right outside. Hotel is clean, updated, staff is helpful, & the bar/restaurant is wonderful! However, the last time we stayed recently, I booked the Deluxe king bed suite & was told at check in that I had to settle for 2 queen beds because they ran out of king beds. I have always raved about this hotel but that was a a bit disappointing. Overall, great place to stay if you are going to an event nearby."
