At least once a year we travel to Wageningen and stay at the Hotel de Wereld. The exprerience has always been fantastic. The hotel is pretty and comfortable, the rooms are quite nice (some space for hanging clothes would be well received), and the staff is always helpful and kind, from Hans - the manager - to every member of the staff. The buffet breakfast is quite adequate and the Terrace restaurant is lovely.

Tasteful modern decor, Foosball and pool table in the common area, lots of games to borrow and even a kid library. The places is in a nice neighborhood and very tranquil. The resturant was open late which was nice since there isn't much else nearby and we arrived after 8 pm. The 6 bunk room was nothing fancy but worked well for our family with children under 12.
Spent 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. Decor is very stylish. Service throughout was friendly and efficient. We upgraded to a "romance" room which has a lovely view over the villa's front lawn and included an enormous bathroom with large soaking tub and its own sauna. Could have used more counter/storage space around the sink, and the pillows were not terribly comfortable, but those 2 minor items are my only criticisms.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfortable, I did not want to get up next morning. The staff also was very helpful. I will Definitely come back next year.
