Parador de Baionia is magical! We loved it! Our original room was an interior one but a request to the desk moved us to a magnificent sea view with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks lulling me to sleep. We had lunch when we arrived and didn't want a large dinner so a plate of assorted cheeses and a few glasses of white wine was a perfect end to the day. Be sure to walk the sea walls and look out over the islands. Beautiful!
We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly! The hospitality and flexibility were outstanding, especially when we encountered unexpected flight issues. The owners were incredibly accommodating, first allowing us to extend our stay and then graciously adjusting our reservation when we were able to secure an earlier flight home. Their understanding and willingness to work with us made a stressful travel situation so much easier.

What an amazing experience!!! The property was beautiful. Imagine sitting on a lawn chair with donkeys grazing next to you. The owners were lovely. It’s a little off the beaten path and they even offered to drive us into town if we wanted to have dinner, but we suggest stopping at a market and picking up stuff to eat there as they have a kitchen and it’s so beautiful. He will want to enjoy the property.
Location was excellent. The staff was absolutely amazing extremely helpful and kind. The food was wonderful. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s much more than just a hotel here. It’s definitely an experience you’ll remember.
