"Room clean. Staff was nice and helpful."

"The bar is only open Fri and Sat nights, for anyone that enjoys a drink. They gave us coupons for the bar at 11:30 on Sat night and it wasn’t open again until we had left. Randy at the front desk was very nice and worked with us to stay until 1:00 on the day we left and then the housekeepers came at 11 and told us we needed to be gone, immediately called by Vicki at the front desk that argued with us and hung up on me then called back a 3rd time trying to be nice and said we could stay until 1:00. We were so upset at that point we couldn’t leave fast enough. When we opened the curtains the first night there were hand prints on the large windows overlooking the city. Loved being by the river walk but the rest was truly a disappointment. The parking garage has very low ceilings, be careful what you drive in."

"After running water for 5 minutes, it never became hot! Very lukewarm only. No other complaints. Bed and pillows comfortable."

"Breakfast is just grab and take; nothing hot. Coffee was great, creamer was great. Room was clean; their hallways could use some vacuuming. Easy location to access; parking lot was full but you could usually find a space"

"The rooms and bed were very clean and comfortable.there was no smoke smell anywhere.the restaurant was great and the staff were quick and accommodating the location is great also so close to everything.will definitly stay there again"

"There are drug addicts at all hours of the day and night outside of the hotel . Bums sleeping in the lobby . Police activity people getting arrested right outside of the casino area . The elevators and halls are overkill with fragrance smell . The staff was very nice . I would not recommend this hotel especially if you have kids with you ."

"The property itself was fine, but was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under construction—didn’t see that anywhere when booking. I was thrilled the hotel offered electric vehicle chargers, but non-electric vehicles were parked there all three nights we were there so we were never able to use it. Was also surprised the hotel didn’t offer any housekeeping during the 3 nights we were there. When I inquired they said they were too busy on the weekends."
