It was convenient really clean good food at the breakfast in the morning good place to bring your family that's why I'm staying here 4 days

Had a two night stay for a hockey tournament. Clean rooms, convenient location and polite staff. Great restaurants nearby is a plus.

The hotel is clean and nice but the restaurant is the bomb. Do not miss. It is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Minneapolis. I had drinks and steak tar tar sitting at the bar, loved it.

Very nice room, very clean, very comfortable. Kasa team is available to help 24/7. Would definitely recommend. I do think the security deposit should be more clearly indicated when you are looking at the price; most hotels do not ask for a deposit. Also, the facial recognition part of reserving a room is pretty creepy and seems unnecessary. At that point you already have my deposit, my debit card info, and a photo of my driver's license. Comfortable beds and small kitchen

Great location for us. Staff is excellent as are the restaurants. Our favorite hotel in that area.

Room was cold due to trip being in winter Thermostat was on. 80 and My room was still cold

Beautiful view, super quiet room. The valet was amazing!! Every single one was fast, friendly and efficient! This hotel will be out go to from now on when visiting the twin cities area!!

I stay at this hotel a couple times a year. It’s nice and quiet and as a single woman, I feel safe staying by myself. Ive never had any issues; hotel is clean, staff helpful and professional. My most recent stay I even noticed they have new towels; soft and cozy!

Stay at the hotel a week and had a marvelous time breakfast wasn't that great but overall everything was great

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the fitness center. My only question is the level of chlorine they used in the pool. My kids and husband all came out with red skin which usually doesn't happen.

Very nice room. Clean hotel. Great location…can use the skyway to access Target Center and Target Field without going outside. Hotel is secure. Staff helpful. Uber/taxi transportation is limited and expensive. Light rail was just a few blocks away, it was easy to use, but was not safe.

Shout out to the morning/afternoon front desk staff 10/25 that moved my girlfriend and I to a similar room that had natural sunlight. We both struggle with depression and natural sunlight helps us a ton in the mornings. I overlooked this in the booking process and picked a room that didnt work for us, the front desk staff were understanding and so friendly. It sounds silly to make such a big deal about it but it was a really big deal to us

Stayed here while en route to Mexico. Free shuttle to airport. Very close to Mall of America. Friendly staff and excellent restaurant on site. We will stay here next time we are jn Minneapolis.
