Very nice hotel and super friendly staff, location is very good too.

Welcoming staff. You could smell the cleanliness when you walked in the front door. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Clean rooms (& I’m hard to impress in that department) with the exception of a couple of spots on the ceiling that I’m pretty sure could be easily cleaned off. I won’t say what it appeared to be, but they need to clean it off. Pool is NOT heated, just FYI. I only like heated pools, but the rest of the family enjoyed it. This hotel location was excellent with plenty of amenities to choose from.

The breakfast was good and servers had safe gluten free options a frittata and muffin they are individually wrapped. They were kind, friendly, helpful and kept the place very clean.

Nice, clean hotel, renovated. Smells fresh! About 15 minutes to the beach. Comfortable bed, was able to get good rest. Nice hot breakfast. Will be back again!

Nice hotel 2.5 miles to rehoboth beach. Free Breakfast is always a plus for our family with little children. Parking at rehoboth beach was $15 for the day. Beach umbrellas $16/each and chairs $8. Rental office closes 5p m so make sure to get there early if you wasn’t get your money’s worth.

The hotel was clean. Workers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had nice selection. This will be my first choice for hotels in the future.

Staff was friendly, bar attendant was very pleasant and attentive, nice pool and patio area for relaxing. Room was clean and ready upon our arrival. Property is conveniently located near stores within a hood walking distance in case you don’t want to drive. Bathroom floor tile should be updated as the entire floor gets slick from the running of a hot shower (due to steam condensation).

This is an amazing find tucked into the quaint harbor area of Lewes. The hotel is well-appointed and welcoming and the room was spotless, huge, and beautifully decorated. The little touches really made the stay, from the koi pond on the patio outside to the taffy on the pillows instead of mints. The pool was small but refreshing. The staff were friendly and seemed happy to help resolve any issues. Well worth it!

Nice hotel in a great location

I had a great stay at The Avenue. It was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. After check out you can still use the changing room with a shower so we got the full day in. I would highly recommend the hotel

Great trip with some unexpected perks from the happy hour to the complimentary transportation to the beach with the chairs and towels

This property is outstanding for two basic reasons: location---the beachfront views are unbeatable (the ground floors may not have a view, it should be noted). Also, the staff were phenomenal. It seems that they are especially trained to be personable, interested, and thoughtful. Truly impressive 5 star quality of service. The only thing that is unfortunate are our friends who require elevators. The hotel doesn't have elevators for the rooms with great views.

We loved our stay at the Ocean Glass Inn. The rooms were cute and very comfortable, including a mini fridge and freezer. The showers were hot and we liked the added touch of a bench outside each room. The breakfast and happy hours were great and generous in what they offered. Staff was all very friendly.
