Ensueno de Fuga Hote is clean, the staff is very friendly, the owner bakes fresh bread every day. The hotel is close to the beach and the hotel provides towels. It is very pleasen to be in the pool. We are going back.
The location is great with a short 10-15 minute walk to town either by surface street along the canal or the path along the water.
Rooms are rustic and comfortable with private deck, hammock, fridge, coffee maker, daily maid service providing bottled water and even nightly turn down service where they replace the flower petals on your bed with something like coconut macaroon cookies.

I rarely write reviews but this facility truly warrants some commentary. My wife and myself visited for our 20th anniversary and EVERYTHING was spectacular; Service, location and dining.

Every single member of the staff was friendly, respectful, considerate, and earnest. I have stayed at luxury hotels all over the world, including in Hawaii, and I have never come across a more caring staff. The attitude toward the guest is "this is your home." I loved the calmness, peacefulness and Resort-type atmosphere. The staff provided A-1 customer service in the restaurant, in the beach and pool area. Everyone was very accommodating!

We spent a week at Hotel Casa de la Palma and were welcomed graciously by the manager, Jose. Jose gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The hotel is next to the market close to great restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. The hotel was very clean and secure. The resident cat, Misha, greeted us every time we returned from our day. We spent our days at the beach or doing activities and was nice to come back in the afternoon to cool off in the pool. ...

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Casita emensely. The view overlooking Zihua Bay was spectacular. Morning breakfast was both varied and tasty. Very short walk to La Ropa beach. About one mile walk to center of town or taxis readily available.The staff was welcoming, always and helpful. There are 5 large bedrooms in this facility. After the four other occupants, that were there when we arrived left, we had the whole place to ourselves.would HIGHLY recommend this lodging.

I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone it is a small hotel with a great location close to everything and it is clean and the pool is just the right size. My family and I have been looking to stay away from the All- inclusive resorts since for something decent and affordable and I think we found it at Gamma de Fiesta Inn we loved it.
We loved this spot! A 5-min walk up (and down) the hill to the town of Zihuantanejo with great views of the boats in the bay, town, and the area beaches from our balcony. We loved the morning sun and watching the sun go down across the bay from the balcony (note the theme -- but in case you are not sure, we loved having a balcony to sit out on).

The property was gorgeous with outstanding service. You are made to feel like you are staying a high luxury property with privacy and everything you need. Very unique experience. . The beach and many restaurants are nearby.
Easy check-in, very friendly helpful staff. The food choices at the buffets were good and although the property is not new, it is clean and well maintained. The only thing I would change is the music played during the day. After a while the techno, house music grates on the nerves and cannot relax. Because you are in Mexico, would like to hear more music in Spanish.
I wanted a nice, quiet environment where I could relax without the hustle and bustle a typical beach environment brings. I didn't want vendors bothering me every few moments nor share a beach with 200 other strangers. This is why Capella was an excellent choice! The rooms with a private-edge infinity pool are a must for couples wanting to relax by the pool with a nice drink in hand. We will be back!
