"Great room and amenity spaces. Friendly staff at check In. Was told at night we should be able to do a late check out as our room type was not booked for the following night but to ask in the morning. Was denied late check out in the morning because they were booked the night before and I asked on my room was booked for that night and was told I it’s available still to book. Didn’t make sense to me and the women was a little condescending by reminding me when check out was We still hung out at the pool and amenity spaces for a few hours before our flight and had no issues with getting on the hotel shuttle (again afternoon staff was great!) will stay again. Beds are very comfy"

"I had a good one-night stay at the Hyatt Miami East. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the airport, which made travel super easy. They do charge a $30 fee for early check-in since they’re privately owned, which was a little unexpected, but overall the experience was pleasant. A great spot for a short stay in Miami!"

"Service was excellent. Right near the Port of Miami and Bayside. No one came To do up our room so we just requested new towels. Food and drink is very expensive so luckily you have many options outside of the hotel. Hubby got a glass of house wine and with adding the tip it $30. That was ridiculous. "

"Just about everything from check in, room uniqueness, room tech smart controls (all on one tablet/iPad in the room), view from our window (can see cruise ships turning in the basin), cleanliness, room use of space (especially the bathroom) and the service of the staff was second to none. Just a great experience!"
