"The staff were excellent , to a person. I did have an issue in that I went in to take a shower, turn it on , disrobed and stepped out into the room to get my toothbrush. I don't know why I shut the door behind me, but it locked me out of the Bathroom. It doesn't seem like that should even be able to happen. It's unsafe for children or informed persons. The front desk immediately sent an engineer to unlock the door and that was easy. He was prompt and polite. Good think I had taken my towel with me! This isn't a complaint, it's just a concern. As I said , the staff was very friendly, even funny, and professional."

"Very poor breakfast..doesn't compare with Hampton Inn. By a long shot. Breakfast is an important part of a hotel stay. This will be my first and last visit to this chain. Very noisy I heard the person in the unit above walking a good part of the night."
