very charming hotel! clean rooms and facilities, super friendly staff and service!

Great place to stay, the rooms are very nice and this was the first place I stayed at in Sri Lanka that had hot water in the shower. Also, I dropped a 5000 rupee bill on the staircase and an employee returned it to me. I will stay here again if I go back to Kandy

Had a good weather Great location high on the mountain Chetahs seems to roam at night, a warning posted on the road to hotel Good food and service

Besides the long steps up to our room, this was a very pleasant stay for my sisters and I. The owner was very nice and welcomed us. The property has such a beautiful view. The property itself is very cozy sitting on a hill. Every morning breakfast is served, fresh eggs, delicious toast, juice and tea. The owner's son was very friendly and engaged in a fun conversation in our room, very nice family. We stayed in the apartment that made us feel right at home. Thankyou for the great hospitality! We enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that was disappointing was… I thought breakfast was included. It wasn’t until I went to check out that I found out it wasn’t when an additional $30.00 USD was charged to my credit card.

Superior location. Very natural and quiet place. Very good service and facilities.

One of our best stays in Sri Lanka. We would’ve stayed an extra night and stayed one extra night in Kandy but sadly we were just passing through.

Clean room, staff very friendly. Not many other people staying so they were right onto anything I asked. Enjoyed a great lunch in restaurant as well

Thank you for a great stay!

This is an excellent property at a beautiful location with great views. The breakfast I had here was one of the better ones I had in SL. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I will mention is getting to this place is through a km of very narrow hilly road. Trust your driver and hopefully you do not have too big of a car. Once you get here, the view and the resort is worth it. Minimize the up and down trips to city of Kandy from here if you...

Excellent hotel, Nicely appointed rooms, great restaurant. The only opportunity to improve is the flow and water temperature. We had a tub with jets but could not use it because the water temperature was not hot enough and the tub could not even be filled due to low water force. The water was barely warm and uncomfortable for shower.

Friendly staff, set among nature, great birding spot

Comfortable Stay with Amazing Views and Outstanding Service in Kandy We had a wonderful stay at Summit Hotel in Kandy. The decor all throughout the property has been thoughtfully put together. The room was lovely and very spacious, with an amazing view that made the stay extra special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — Pradeep and the rest of the team truly went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The newly installed Starlink WiFi worked perfectly...

It's a brand new hotel when I visit the hotel. I was amazed by the facilities and the overall quality of my room when it's compared to it's price tag. The room was clean and smelled good. amenities were good too. I gotta mention about the staff there, they were super friendly and convenient. They gave me an extra hour to check out for free. I have to mention him. His name is Amila, Amila was being super helpful to me in the two days. I had some issues with my tv then amila came and set it up for...

We are a Sri Lankan-American family, and we vacationed in Sri Lanka during the summer of 2024. From the moment we booked with The Radh Hotel, we knew we would love our stay. The hotel was quaint, the staff was extremely attentive, and our stay was peaceful. My father, who is a 75-year-old Sri Lankan native, has severe Alzheimer's disease and the staff at The Radh took extra care to attend to his needs and make him feel safe and welcome. I was extremely impressed and felt at ease with the...

Jack tree lodge is a nice place to stay, the owner is very nice and the staff too, we felt home. They offered breakfast every morning. The location is a 15 minutes walk from the city which was better for us. The rooms have a nice view. The only disadvantage in Kandy is that almost everything closes around 10 pm so nothing much to do or places to eat.

What a location.. a dream The hotel improved a lot in the last years. This was our 4 th time we stayed here. The buffet is wonderful really gourmet!! And the staff is professional absolutely! We had a nice room with and the views are just breathtaking. Sitting outside for breakfast or dinner was just incredible beautiful We will come back next year again Victoria Golfcourse is just 30 minutes drive And visiting the famous woodcarver Karu arts 210/1 biblical junction Dambulla road Naula...

I absolutely loved this place! My family and I stayed here for two nights while we were in Sri Lanka for our winter vacation. Prior to our arrival, the owner of the hotel contacted me, and asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. He was able to arrange a fantastic tour and driver for our entire 11 day stay in the country! The staff at Ayaana itself is so welcoming, hospitable, and kind. They answered all of our questions about the city. They also provided...
