Hotels in Springfield

This hotel is amazing! In the evening they had a snack bar of Pasta Parmigiano, Grilled Chicken strips, mixed vegetables, baked potatoes, and other snacks. It was wonderful! Our room was comfortable. QUIET! Employees nice and helpful. We stayed here 3 years ago; it was great then and that is why we came back tonight.

Our stay was amazing. The whole hotel was clean especially the room. The staff is was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely will come back.

The front desk staff were all awesome, they treated my father amazing during his stay. Very professional and attentive during Fathers day weekend. Awesome. Thank you very much

Our little family of 6 loved our stay very friendly staff

I loved everything!!!!! It was heavy in earth after fleeing the most horrific stay at the Motel 6 on West Broadway in Tempe. I would recommend and stay again.

Very clean and nice. Check in was fast. Nate who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Really appreciate that

Enjoyed our 2 night stay with our 2 dogs. Very clean and premises well kept daily.

everything

We really enjoyed our week stay. The breakfast is really good, the pool is warm and relaxing. The hot tub could be little hotter, but still very nice to enjoy. The lobby & hotel bar is very welcoming. It’s very easy to navigate around and the Chandler bars & shopping are great. We enjoy coming here every year.

Very clean room. Super comfortable and all staff was super friendly. Loved the Starbucks and bar in the hotel!

The manager and staff heard about it And that I was traveling with a severely asthmatic child. And placed air scrubber in the room before we checked in and even left a care package with a with a kind note attached. The manager and the staff went above and beyond for my family, and we will forever be grateful for your kindness.

Very clean and beautiful property! Star are wonderful!

Stay there for two nights first night no issues second night. Let’s just put it this way. Need to teach people how to have hotel etiquette. People staying above me were extremely rude loud banging kids were just playing till 1130 12 o’clock at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western while we were in Arizona. The only thing that upset us was we never had any room service when we had requested it. We had to get more towels as we had used ours at the pool and then no one came the next morning. So, we had to get more towels for our bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We did enjoy the pool- although it was cold. And the gym was nice minus no remote control for...
