Really nice, recent conversion from an old linen factory, to appartments. The location is great for the old town area with plenty of food and bar options. Staff were excellent and their English is perfect, which was good for us. Loved the room too, so nicely done out, with an amazing shower. Only slight criticism was the toilet didn't offer much privacy, but not sure if that's the case in all the rooms. Still, I highly recommend this place and would very happily stay there again.

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

Excellent visit to Palma, Soller, and Valdemossa. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Good location between the train/bus station and the major sites. Good breakfast (made to order).

I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Finca Ca N'ai we felt relaxed and completely stunned by the beauty of the grounds. Our room was number 6 in the main building. It was spacious, beautiful, private and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is quite delicious with offerings such as assorted fruits, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, baked goods, baguette with meat & cheese, and eggs prepared to your liking. Very welcoming staff and perfect location for exploring. Some of the amenities they advertise as available such as combs and tissue paper were not available and the room had a number of questionable stains. They also did not change our sheets during the stay despite us placing their provided “change sheets” card on the bed.

Location is great. Breakfast was way above what I was expecting.

The hotel was in a great location -- very nice room as well. The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful with such a great view of the cathedral. Breathtaking at night.

Amazing views in a quiet place with great staff !

Amazing stay!

We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!
