Hotel was beautiful quiet and very exclusive, only thing was very slippery coming out of the shower. My husband slipped and almost hit his head on the edge of the tiled floor.
I keep coming back to this hotel, while it feels a little outdated, the service, location and friendly staff makes me want to come back as often as I can. Food is great, and the beach club is just fantastic.

I came to visit Puerto Escondido a few days after a hurricane impacted the area.
The airline refused to offer me a refund or credit. So I went through with my original travel plans.
It was a very quiet hotel. I was probably the only guest there one or two days.
The room was nice. Easy to use a/c unit in the room. Ceiling fan in the room also. Small mini fridge in the room.
The water in the shower is a little cool which is perfect for when you come back from the beach and need to cool down....
Hotelito Swiss Oasis in Puerto Escondido is a cozy, clean, and very comfortable place to stay. The attention to detail is excellent, and everything feels well cared for. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
The staff & ownership of Casa Joseph clearly put a lot of thought, energy, and care into this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here - the food was absolutely delicious (and generally reasonably priced), especially the breakfast. I would say the overall vibe is relaxation, so not too many amenities outside of a nice wading pool, yoga, spa services. They had live music every night. Very clean, well maintained property. Personalized service from a very friendly staff. Steps from the beach, cafes close by. Taxi service was readily available for Zicatela Beach and La Punta locations. Air conditioned bedrooms upstairs with a nice, private plunge pool. We received a very helpful list of recommended local restaurants and establishments. The manager was quick to respond via WhatsApp if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay here!
