"Hotel Tuga is exceptional. Most importantly, the staff treated us like long lost friends who really mattered to them. The physical surrounds of the hotel and restaurants are incredibly interesting. The pool was terrific as was the massage. Overall, a very hard place to leave after four nights."

"My favorite place to stay during my visit..Malang. All employees is very kind , polite and helpful, the area is very clean and quiet. High recommend place to stay"

"Lovely hotel in a quiet residential area of Malang. Fantastic breakfast, clean, well-appointed room. Good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend. "

"I was on a business trip, my associate suggested this hotel and arranged for a private driver so i really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the morning buffet is quite good. The room price is good, i used Expedia to book it. This property is next to a couple of malls which was good when my phone charger died, samsung is in the mall. One thing that is probably a problem for most people is the 4 am Muslim prayers blasting across the city. This happens...

"Staff were very helpful. The hotel location is good next to a Mall and you can just walk."

"A good hotel with standards that meet expectations. Added bonus is the view from the higher floors. Would definitely stay again especially at a discounted rate if available. "

"We had a nice time at Kertanegara Guest House. The staff was super friendly and there are many shopping and eating options in the area."

"Very good value for money. Good location."

Petugas ramah dg booking hotel tanpa down payment.

"Great guesthouse, tranquil and has everything we needed. Only stayed one night and didn’t get to explore but very clean and staff were accommodating."

"Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht.

"I agree with all the comments posted on various social media sites. The welcome is impeccable, activities can be booked directly at reception, and the accommodation (I took a single room) was very large, spacious, and very functional. It feels great! I highly recommend it! "

"The hotel is well located, walkable distance to the main sites. The staff was helpful and they speak English. The building is a bit old but the room was clean and had all the basics. The neighborhood was quiet at night. Wifi worked well."

"All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner."
