"The hotel itself is nice just dissapointed with the Residents Lounge which was an additional cost but was really very poor. The food never got replenished and seems like hotel policy to start late but finish on tome so it doenst have to provide food or drinks for the full duration We pointed this out at the tome and at reception when checking out and this was acknowledged as poornbut no offer made as gesture of good will Not great customer service "

"This was my third or fourth visit to Hotel Kempton I was given a lovely room and the excellent staff couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcomed. Enjoyed a good buffet breakfast and later a delicious meal in the restaurant with some dear Kolkata friends. Definitely recommended- Thank you! "

"It was very dirty. Room was smelly. Bathroom is very unhygienic. Shower place is very unhygienic. Food was bad. I stayed here before too, but this time I am very frustrated. Not going there again "
