Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. Also, the pool was incredible and spent a lot of time there, so refreshing during those hot summer days in BA! Everything about the property is fantastic, the location the staff the architecture and the food, but what stands out the best is the amazing staff

Customer service at the hotel was excellent. Our original room booked wasn’t available when we arrived but Katherine noticed we were unhappy about it, and unprompted upgraded our room for the other days. Rooms were very spacious and new. Clean, nice location across the park and friendly bar staff especially Felix who haves excellent restaurant recommendations. Definitely will come again.

We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. This was a great find. Location was excellent with many eateries and sights close by. Minutes from the theater district. Safe area to walk at night. The service by the hotel staff is second to NONE.

We only stayed one night but we had a very nice stay. The room was modern and clean. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was excellent! The best hotel breakfast we've had in Argentina. The made to order omelet was delicious.

The staff is really terrific...knowledgable, helpful, friendly and English is good, too. They were very helpful in getting us started and kept us going to places and things we might not have gone to. Take their bus excursion, I think $50 in cash....better than others. Change money in blue...up the main shopping street there is a small "street Mall" with cameras in the window, go into the mall and there is an exchange room there...safe, honest, quick. Be Hollywood is the nicest Boutique Hotel i've stayed at in Buenos Aires thus far! The staff was incredible! They changed in our monies at a favorable rate ( near blue dollar rate), they serve a hot breakfast ( even did so when we came to breakfast late), the staff suggested places to go, they upgraded our room promptly when we wanted a Balcony suite, they all speak English which is nice, and they assisted with transportation when needed.
