The only negative is you don't have the walking options that you do in Miraflores, but there are some shopping and restaurant options next door in the shopping center. "This is the fifth time I stayed at the Sonesta in San Isidro, A quieter location than Miraflores, this hotel is next to a park, safe area, walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants and shirt Uber drives to other excellent restaurants in Lima.

Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.

This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I have been traveling to Lima several times ver the last 10 years. I always select Tierra Viva Miraflores at Gral. Mendiburu. The staff is just superb - from check-in to breakfast to assistance with taxis, etc. Suggest selecting a room facing the inside courtyard for lower steer noise.
This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!
Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Complimentary bottles of water every day with a filtered water dispenser machine in the lobby. It wasn’t a big deal to us, but there is no pool in this property and no privacy bathrooms.
Me and my wife loved the view from our room and especially from the treadmill looking out at the beautiful mountains and by the pool u can a little bit of the pacific ocean.
