SUGGESTION: Since Lima is not a place where people can drink tap water, it is necessary that the hotel provides mineral water on a daily bases not only the first day. Requesting it every night is not comfortable specially when arriving after the restaurant is closed. Since there is a little refrigerator in the room, bottles could be kept there and charged to the room.

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival.
