Overall the stay was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Very good service. I will definitely use that hotel again

The front desk staff were amazing - courteous, helpful, and attentive. The room was well-appointed and the balcony was a nice touch. Our family felt right at home.

Very close to airport and had almost all conveniences necessary. We used the gym and had good breakfast with lots of choices. No restaurant or bar, but we were able to walk just a few minutes to the neighboring Hilton Garden for a nightcap.

The only comment I will add to give you an opportunity to improve is this-I took the airport shuttle this morning (Saturday October 17) at 11:30am. The driver needs a lot to f improvement. He doesn’t announce the stops, ie terminals. And several of us had to ask him what terminal were we at each stop. Other than this, my stay was excellent. Congratulations on your new look!

We enjoyed the daily breakfast, and appreciated helpful and friendly staffs. What impressed me the most was the excellent service provided during our stay, as well as after we checked out.

Property very clean and safe. Staff professional. Very comfortable stay. Will return.

The bed sheets and room smell fresh

The baggage storage area was accessible and helpful with several luggage carts available. The airport shuttle was helpful and the drivers were helpful as well. The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfy with wonderful fluffy pillows. The shower was clean, but the water pressure was so-so. No body wash was available in the shower, and no other amenities like hand cream, etc., were provided in the bathroom. Coffee K-cups and bottled water were complimentary.

The restaurant was actually good
