We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!!

Very enjoyable stay

From the moment I arrived, my stay was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted with a bellman (Alfred) ready to take care of my luggage and assist me to my suite. The front desk staff was always friendly, ready, and available to help with all my needs. Not to mention, a flute of prosecco and a glass bottle of water being presented to me at check-in. We are a family traveling. I’d say we will not return with kids. It’s family friendly in the sense that there are other kids there but the resort overall is really not designed for families. My husband -who is athletic and 42 years of age - fell in the shallow end of the pool because the bottom of the pool was extremely slippery. He did get hurt. We had an issue with uncomfortable mattress. They IMMEDIATELY brought in a new one!! People wonderful, great value for this!! We've stayed at May-Dee Suites many time and wonderful each time.

Property was very clean and posh.

Lilliana is always. A smiling face with an eagerness to want to help. She makes your front desk. We always stay here when we’re going on a cruise or a flight. Perfect location, perfect amenities, everything is great. Thank you However, the attendant, when you pull into the parking lot with the spider, Eyelashes is very rude. She does not even speak to you, she doesn’t even act like she wants to be here. It’s not very welcoming.

Great location, excellent staff, clean rooms. We also appreciated that hotel provided us with the beach umbrella and chairs.

Clean and friendly staff, breakfast just scramble eggs & sausage but plenty cereals options and fruits, yogurt.

Clean and quiet

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Loved that there’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also enjoyed the no pet policy as well. Very smooth check in process, will definitely be booking again.

There isn’t much of a night life around the area but it is still a great location being across the street from the beach and pier. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

Great hotel esp for the price and the staff has always gone above and beyond. This is my 5th time staying here and will stay here everytime I am in ft lauderdale

It was nice for a one night stay before our cruise

Extraordinary experience at Hollywood Beach & Suites. First off the hotel is conveniently located, so you can pack your car and forget to drive until the check out. Tons of restaurants, liquor stores, shops, so everything is a few feet away. The staff is super friendly and provide quick service; they are very responsive. The facilities are great, the hotel is literally a few steps away from the beach and you can borrow beach chairs, sand toys etc to spend the day at the beach with your family....

We absolutely loved this place! It’s exquisite, comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. Danesha at the front desk was amazing!!!! She was so kind, polite, and professional and went above and beyond to make our stay as amazing as it was. We had a phenomenal customer experience . We will definitely be back!
