"Here’s a polished version suitable for a hotel review:
The hotel’s advertising is misleading and does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or the amenities available. The pool was out of service, and none of the advertised amenities were available.
The room was poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. The toilet clogged several times during our stay. We were also unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, as the signal did not appear to be working properly.
Basic bathroom supplies,...

Very surprised how nice this hotel was. Easy check-in. Staff spoke very good English. Restaurant served a variety of meals and Sunday brunch was excellent and reasonably priced. We will return.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, when i tell you that i recommend this place i really do. The pictures might not give you a lot to work with as far as getting a visual, but when i tell you that i recommend this place i really do. It has a very safe, clean, home feeling vibe, i mean the rooms in this hotel feel more like home than a hotel. The setting is very nice neutral, there may not be a lot of room for your belongings but you can work with it. Very clean, the bed is comfortable, the hot tub...
Walking distance to boardwalk and main ave where all the fun happens. Hotel restaurant has accessible menú prices. Jacuzzi is fin. Pool is small and not climate controlled. Close to Riviera hotel where margarita was invented. No onsite parking. Park in the streets. AC in room. Good tv channel selection plus HBO. Beds comfortable but pillow to soft. Hot and cold water in the shower. Daily house keeping.
It is a beautiful apartment. Four of us stayed and it was very spacious. It had everything we needed and the location was great. We would definitely stay again.
Excellent location. Walking distance to all the restaurants, local shops and malecon. Fairly new property. The free breakfast was delicious and the rooms roomy. Definitely will return
Excellent stay. Only down fall was the lack of parking. We were lucky to find parking right in front of the hotel when we returned from our day trip, on both days.
My experience with this property has been exceptional!! it was well-maintained, spacious, and full of natural light. The modern amenities, from a cozy bed to the spacious areas, create a perfect balance of comfort and style. The location is ideal--nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shops and restaurants. The outdoor space is a beautiful bonus, offering a peaceful retreat for relaxation or entertaining guests. Overall, this property offers everything one could want, and I highly...
The place was beautiful and clean. The bed was soooo comfy. The room was comfortable too and spacious. My only complaint is that the water is the shower was scalding hot. I would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. Which I loved especially traveling with a toddler it made it easier for me to put snacks and food away. It is located within walking distance to the beach 🌊

I truly enjoyed my stay at Emmalu Boutique Hotel. From the start, the check-in process was easy, and the entire staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcomed right away. Our room was spotless and featured a beautiful modern decor that added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The view from our room was breathtaking—overlooking a Napa-style landscape that made it easy to forget we were still in the heart of Valle. It included breakfast. It was delicious and a perfect way to start each...
