"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional. "No ocean view, but It was like a tranquil oasis a 10 minutes walking distance from the hustle and music at the restaurants. We only stayed a couple of nights but could definitely have stayed the whole week to explore the surroundings more. Loved the sardine runs!"
