The room was very spacious and the staff very friendly

College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Nice professional

Its cozy and peaceful environment, parking was not the best.. had to walk far to get back inside the hotel. Overall its great stay.

When driving in it looked kind of old but the hotel was nice ! Regina at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Awesome energy and very welcoming . Hotel free breakfast was good! Great location! The restaurant across the street was really good too. Was here for two nights and three days! I would stay again .

I loved this hotel ! Very modern, rooms are spacious, super clean, and rooms are actually well lit! Normal lighting is hard to find nowadays. At least you have the option to make it darker or brighter as you see fit. Other hotels are just way too dark. Front desk was great too. I loved having a kitchen with an almost full size refrigerator! The colors were aesthetically pleasing too. I could live here! Sometimes we could hear noise from an another room but it was overall a quiet hotel. And...

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

It was a nice stay. Beautiful and comfortable room. Check out was a bit crazy as the cruises were coming in as we were leaving. That is understandable. The parking is incredibly easy in this location! It was super!

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked. It really worked as it’s close to great hospitals for early morning procedures. The staff here were all GREAT & nice cozy room!

This hotel was so sweet. The atmosphere is wonderful, the location was everything. The only downside is that it was a little loud at night, but it was too be expected and nothing that some earplugs couldn’t fix.

The lady who worked the front desk on Saturday, July 12th was so nice. Very good at customer service. She made check in pleasant.
