Location was perfect, staff was very helpful! We did have our AC leaking all night but weren’t willing to pack up and move just for one night. Would like if the pool was open longer hours. Parking was a pain but convenient location after figuring it out. The view really makes this place spectacular.

The quality of Merit truly stood out. The room was simply amazing; it was one of the suite rooms and everything from the materials, decoration, comfort, size, and the sea view was excellent. It was undoubtedly one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel’s location is, without question, perfect. The breakfast menu was very classy and delicious. The Viola Hotel was well designed and spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was especially well done. The hotel is up above Budva and not in the town center, which was fine for just one night

Breakfast was superb. We have travelled the world and this was the best hotel based breakfast we have had. Close to old town but far enough to be lovely and quiet. Beach chairs on ocean looking across at beautiful old church. We had read reviews about proximity to the road and noise. Yes, our first floor window opened onto the road but the cars go 15 mph and the walls of the hotel are literally 3 foot thick stone and the window is pretty sound proof. Staff are helpful but not intrusive....

Wonderful staff, great location, modern amenities, fabulous breakfast

Lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and clean. Despite being opposite the ferry terminal it was not noisy at all and was a useful way to travel across the bay. Would absolutley recommend if you need to stay in this area.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. They were very helpful for bringing and baby providing both a crib and bath. It is a great deal in a great location
