Had a wonderful stay, unfortunately a pipe broke somewhere in the building on our 2nd day, but staff was wonder and already had another Choice hotel room ready for us at another property. Couldn’t have asked for any better service.
Hotel was very clean, beds wonderful, pool was amazing. Staff were kind and very friendly and helpful.
Room was very nice and super clean. Food was available next door along with beverages at a discount for visitors staying at the hotel. Parking was available for free and has plenty of room. Only issue was the TV had no local channels NBC,ABC,CBS
Staff was friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Our room and common areas were clean. We loved the pool and balcony. Check out was just as smooth as check in.
Room was very clean and well decorated. Air conditioning unit kept the room nice and cold. The closet/non-closet dressing area was a pleasent surprise. Hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, accross the street from Sunset park and favorite eateries such as Wings to Go and Nick's. For all the party goers, its also located in front of Bottle and Cork and a short walking distance to Starboard.
EXELLENT from peanut ( the bird in the lobby ) the staff in the front tom in concierge mary at the front desk and everyone else at the hotel a great and friendly place to stay !!!
The breakfast was good and servers had safe gluten free options a frittata and muffin they are individually wrapped. They were kind, friendly, helpful and kept the place very clean.
Nice, clean hotel, renovated. Smells fresh! About 15 minutes to the beach. Comfortable bed, was able to get good rest. Nice hot breakfast. Will be back again!
This is an amazing find tucked into the quaint harbor area of Lewes. The hotel is well-appointed and welcoming and the room was spotless, huge, and beautifully decorated. The little touches really made the stay, from the koi pond on the patio outside to the taffy on the pillows instead of mints. The pool was small but refreshing. The staff were friendly and seemed happy to help resolve any issues. Well worth it!
We loved Gold Leaf hotel - especially their excellent customer service! Very nice facilities, close to the beach, comfy and clean, they were able to accommodate our late check out and were just all around great people
This property is outstanding for two basic reasons: location---the beachfront views are unbeatable (the ground floors may not have a view, it should be noted). Also, the staff were phenomenal. It seems that they are especially trained to be personable, interested, and thoughtful. Truly impressive 5 star quality of service.
The only thing that is unfortunate are our friends who require elevators. The hotel doesn't have elevators for the rooms with great views.
