"The hotel was clean, and we received excellent service at check-in. The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. There’s a cool miniature golf course right across the street and a theater just around the corner. It’s a great area that felt very safe and was within walking distance of many other attractions and amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"I usually have issues with hotels but this is one on the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Hotel was very clean and upkeep was on point. The room was clean and always smelled pleasant. The hallway didn’t have a smell especially the carpet. Staff were great and helpful. Will definitely come back and highly recommend"

"The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms feel more like small apartments than traditional hotel rooms, and the overall quality of the property is very good. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by unexpected fees and the check-in process. I reserved and paid for my room in advance through Expedia, but when I arrived, I was charged an additional $79 in fees that I was not expecting. This included a $20 parking fee just to park at the hotel where I was already staying. These additional charges should be communicated much more clearly during the reservation process. The check-in experience was even more disappointing. After checking in, the desk clerk asked if I would like a welcome packet and free coupons for local restaurants. I agreed and was directed to another counter. Instead of simply receiving the promised welcome information and coupons, I was immediately given a sales pitch for a timeshare. I found this approach misleading and unnecessary. Guests arriving after traveling generally want to check in, get settled, and enjoy their stay—not be redirected into a sales presentation under the impression that they are receiving a welcome packet. The property itself is top-notch, but the hidden fees and aggressive timeshare sales tactics significantly diminished the experience. It is a very nice hotel with business practices that could be much more transparent and guest-friendly."
