Perfect location, just next to Spanish Springs town square. Room is big and comfortable, clean and not so dated. Very good hotel overall.

A beautiful place to stay.

Very clean with a remarkable staff. Everyone seemed to be ready to help if needed. Breakfast could use a little bit of getting better. It wasn’t bad. It was just not overly good not tremendously. Let’s go back for seconds or something.

I really enjoyed the hotel and all it has to offer. It definitely exceeded my expectations for the price.

We booked this as a stop over before our final destination in Gainesville. We arrived at 11:30 pm and were welcomed by Joe by name. He was so friendly and amazing, a real asset to the brand. Our room was comfortable, clean and breakfast reliably good as it always is with Hampton Inn. The only issue is they are doing serious construction on the Main Street the hotel is located on and it was hard to find the turn in. That of course is not the fault of the hote and will be temporary.

We arrived late after driving for ten hours. Too bad for us, because it would have been nice to take advantage of the pool and workout facilities! All we wanted to do was sleep, and the room was clean and comfortable, the air temp was perfect, and bed very comfy! After waking well rested, we had a very good breakfasts! We highly recommend this hotel!

New hotel. Opened July 2025. Room was clean. Bed slept wonderfully! Pillows were great and comfy! You could hear someone walking upstairs. You could hear people talking in the next room. Wood floor a plus. Would stay here again.

Nice newer hotel. Clean, good bed, nice sheets. Room had small kitchen. Shower head was not good - needed repair. I told the person at the desk about it and she just wrote shower on the back of my keycard. Didn't say thank you or anything. Front desk staff could use some additional training on how to treat customers.

Super clean and quiet, restaurants and shopping area

This is our second time staying at the Eastport and we love it! The beds, pillows and amenities are all wonderful.

From the check in person to those who were in the hallway to the person who kept the breakfast area filled, all the staff greeted us and were helpful. I was especially impressed with the care given in the breakfast area. She truly wanted to serve and make sure everyone had what they needed.

Really comfortable bed - slept great. One night stay - but sleep was what I needed.

Staff very nice They even let us into our room early which we really appreciated as we were really tired The room and bathroom were very clean Breakfast was good The beds were a little soft for me but everyone has their own preference to that I would definitely stay here again
