"Everything was clean and in good working order. It is changing over from the Wellfleet Motel. The rooms we stayed in were unchanged but they mentioned they were slowly changing everything over. The outdoor pool is pretty good and overall it is a quiet place to stay."

It is an antique Inn of 200 years old; the rooms are clean and thoughtfully decorated. There is breakfast next door at Brekkies which is great. I will definitely stay here again."
"I arrived a few hours early and Peter said it wasn't a problem to check in right away. Despite being on a main road, the motel is set back enough to be quiet at night. Chairs are out in front of each room and they're comfortable for reading, having a drink or even talking with neighbors. This is an excellent location being an easy drive to everything on the Cape. The room was very pretty and clean. I've already recommended this motel to family visiting next year."

We had an excellent time here! The room was clean and pleasant, the staff were helpful and there is a trail right from the motel to Marconi Beach! If you have kids there is an excellent play ground and basketball court. There are a few cabins also if you are bringing the whole family. The pool was a little chilly but other than that everything was perfect! 10/10 we had a great time!
Great place to stay! My husband and I were a little worried about vacationing during the pandemic. But, we were put at ease when we read about the policies the innkeepers (Marco and Angelo) put in place during COVID-19, and the overall cleanliness of the inn and our room.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The manager had a fruit, crackers and cheese tray waiting for us in our room at check in along with a card wishing us a happy 30th wedding anniversary. We loved the big pool and enjoyed a day exploring First Encounter Beach and Nauset Light area. We plan on returning in the near future.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The owners were incredibly nice and helpful with any request or recommendation that we had, the sheets and bedding felt amazing, and the breakfast was fabulous! I would definitely stay here again.
Winter or summer, this is our favorite spot to vacation- we love the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the town and Chatham Tides. Main St. has a cute, unique, little stores if shopping is what you enjoy.
Property is well kept, ocean view room provides precisely the view that we love to wake up to. Staff is always helpful and accommodating, without being overbearing. Can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful resort with an astonishing private beach. The rooms are big and beautiful with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom and shower. The people who work at the resort are attentive and friendly and provide top notch customer service. Upon entering your room,you are welcomed with your name on the TV, classical music, and a complimentary basket of fruit and Voss water. This will be my only choice from now on when staying in Cape Cod. We loved it. A class act. And a fantastic...
The house was beautiful! The owners were great, friendly and very helpful. The house is located right off of Commercial St. where all the best dinning and shopping are located. It is also a short drive from the National Seashore for hiking, biking and beaching. I would highly recommend this establishment.
I had a great overall experience staying at The Villages at Ocean Edge! The check in process was easy and the staff was able to accommodate my check-in early request.
I would book another stay in the future and I would definitely recommend this place to others.
If driving around town, use Bradford Street (Route 6A) instead of Commercial Street, which is mostly a one-way road that becomes a de facto pedestrian zone at times. The location is convenient to the center of town and the waterfront, yet just removed from the busiest part of the main street to provide an ideal place for relaxation. Bob and Stephen (and Shelby) are wonderful hosts.
We had a wonderful experience at the Compass Rose this past weekend. The decor was great, the rooms were cozy (but spacious) and the service was excellent. True bnb experience (and a great breakfast to top it off). The bar was our favorite part! We were able to socialize with some visitors and guests, and were treated like family. The only constructive comment I have would be to put more mirrors in the rooms! Otherwise, I highly recommended this place and would definitely stay again.
We love staying at Handkerchief Shoals Inn. It is so clean, quiet, economical, and conveniently located between our two favorites: Harwichport and Chatham. All rooms have been updated too. It is a little hidden treasure!
