This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!

The room was clean and well maintained and cleaned every day. Breakfasr was good with both Peruvian and European food. There hotel is extremely well located in a very safe area with lots of restaurants and bars close ny. The historic centre is about 30 minutes by taxi but Uber is cheap.

Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside. Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong. The wine and complementary platters were fantastic. The food in restaurant was great. Thanks to the staff. Extremely well managed hotel.

We really enjoyed our night in Lima. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. They have complimentary coca tea in the reception area. The area where it is located, Miraflores, is very safe. It is the preferred area for tourist due to its safety and available restaurants. Uber works very well in Lima, which can take you from the hotel to the city center to see the various sights (main square, cathedral and museums). The price is very reasonable considering the area. Small quiet hotel close to shops and restaurants. The staff is simply great. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable, 24h service The hotel is very clean. Filtered Water stations on every floor . the restaurant food is also good. The included breakfast has decent size buffet and their A la carte menu is not bad at all (flavor and cost). Definitely would come back. The only drawback is that there’s no small fridge in the room.

I stayed less than 24 hours as I had an early flight but it was the perfect and central spot to stay, close to Parque Kennedy and tons of options for food and shopping. Staff was awesome overall and even prepped an early breakfast to-go bag for me because I had to leave hotel so early to get to airport. Thanks!

I really enjoyed my time in Tambo 1. It's a great location and clean and walkable to many places. The Breakfast was great and plenty of it. We did have an incident where my sister fell in the shower and lacerated her head and bruised her back. I did bring it to the attention of the personnel and they took matters into their hands. BUt be very careful with the very slippery floor in the bathroom. Do request a mat for the shower prior to occupying. Other than that we really enjoy the place.

The price, location, and service was altogether a very good deal. I try to travel on a budget and have to balance cost and convenience with the best locations possible to stay at, and this hotel was perfect in that respect. Highly recommended!

I wanted to stay in Miraflores part of Lima, but I didn't want to pay the huge rates of the ocean view hotels. This is just a few blocks from the ocean and shopping and nice walk. Can easily catch a bus tour close by. Nice family run hotel for the budget minded. Needed to carry my heavy bags up three flights of stairs, but they helped. Breakfast is simple and nice....eggs, fruit, breads, coffee and such. The arranged taxi through the hotel is a must from the airport. Very nice driver that is...

Ingresé al hotel pasado media noche y solo me dejaron estar hasta la 1:30 pm y no 2:30 por más que pedi algo de consideración por ingresar muy tarde al hotel, no parece un hotel que estaba lleno así que un poquito de flexibilidad hubiera hecho mejor mi experiencia

The stay was very comfortable, I only had one little issue, I knew I had to check in at 3:00 PM, but I came a little bit earlier to see if I can leave my bags somewhere here or even wait here until 3:00 PM, but they literally told me to go on my own somewhere else until 3 pm, I couldn’t even stay in the lobby. If you respect the time of your stay, the place is perfect, but If you think they’ll help you in other way then nope.

I like the silence at night, which allows you to rest and sleep pleasantly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Perhaps the only drawback is that it does not have a dining room service. Many times, one does not want to leave the hotel and wants to eat something right there.
