"The venue is very nice. Very clean and comfortable and this is my second time. Just need heating in the dining and living room area
Otherwise I would still here again"
"Everything was great of our stay especially after a long flight and need to take another long flight the next day. The staffs are really friendly, the breakfast is fresh and nice."
"Overall great experience. The room cleaning staff was super helpful and the hotel and room ambiance was great. The front desk staff was helpful as well."
"The staff was super helpful, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly and overall the property felt safe and clean"
"I stayed for 1 night as a transfer to SFO airport. I was checked in quickly and immediately - no issues at all. The front desk was professional and polite. I felt safe and there were no strange people lurking around the outside or front. In the morning , I took the shuttle. It's 7 minutes to the airport. The hotel is basic and older - no frills....but the room was clean, the water was hot and the bed was super comfy! I'd stay there again traveling thru."

Quite new hotel conveniently located at the Marina Food Market with a lot Asian restaurants and shops. Coffee and tea are available all day, with relatively good free breakfast.
Beautifully appointed rooms with the right mix of antique charm and modern amenities. Also, the Kezar Pub next door is a great place for food, drinks, and sports watching!
Highly recommend. Staff is so good & co-operative. It's a very well maintained property & honor our veterans with little pieces of history (portraits, photos etc.) all throughout the proporty. Sf views from thr 12th floor restaurant are incredible & so qas the food at the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay
The location near Stanford Clinics was great. The rooms were clean. Parking close to rooms. Breakfast was excellent, lots of food choices. Nice room features refrgerator
Castle Inn was safe, clean and economical. Our only complaint was a wet towel was left on the back of the bathroom door. Other than that the room was very clean, it was safe and had free parking.
I love that they share a parking garage with the Westin right next door, super convenient. Lots of shopping and reasonable walking distance to a lot of different things. Plus, the room is very elegant and understated. 10/10 recommend!
This is a long standing hotel with great culture and history, in the heart of the tenderloin; aka crack head homelessness open drug trade on the streets, ect.. with that being said you cannot hear any of the noise from the room we stayed in at all, inside the courtyard is beautiful, the free parking is guarded by security and front desk 24/7 has a large window directly in front of the only entrance into the property that all the homeless respect. Your car will be safe here, most likely. I have...
Hotel was fully remodeled with all new appliances & furniture including paint. Was nice to see the hotel in a clean new way for upcoming visitors. Elevator was not working at the time which was a slight inconvenience but the fact they provided free parking in such a busy city was a big plus. Would go back again.
I enjoyed our stay, the room, the view from the 4th floor, and the continental breakfast. I was surprised by the additional fees - $20 for amenities and $30 for parking- I did not like that. I prefer to know how much I’m spending when I book.
This place was amazing! Right next to Union square, and walking distance to just about everything. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front door locks at night with key entry. Nice sitting areas, beautiful lobby. I would definitely stay here again.
Comfort Inn was an excellent stay - so conveniently located. We were able to walk to fisherman’s wharf, scenic Lombard st is a few steps away and public transportation is easy to use and access right by the hotel that takes you to many of the must sees like Golden Gate Bridge painted ladies etc. Breakfast was good standard eggs, sausage/bacon and other options. There’s a make your own waffle area which foreigners seemed to be very fascinated with so that made a line but otherwise it was great....
I just had an amazing stay at the Grant Plaza Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and fresh everything felt. It’s clear they’ve recently remodeled, and the modernized interiors made my stay so much more comfortable.
The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and they happily answered all my questions especially about nearby discount parking.
One of my favorite things about this hotel is its location! It’s...
