"This property was exceptional prior to the renovations. It is now extraordinary. The property is stunning and the staff is beyond accommodating!"

"Room smelled horrible the shower had hair on the wall and floor it was almost like they forgot to clean the room. The bed pillows were little square accent pillows. My husband and I had to leave early in the am and there were homeless people around the property arguing and yelling so we got no sleep before an 6 hour drive. Very disappointed "

"This hotel was very disappointing. There was a bar advertised in the lobby, which was not there. Only 1 of my room keys worked, and by the second night the 1 working key stopped working correctly. I had to swipe it probably 30 times each time to get in my room. The shower would not drain, and the tub faucet and shower head would go off at the same time. I called the front desk, they sent maintenance, and it looked like all he did was break the drain. Shower still didn’t drain and the faucet was still going off with the shower head. Any time the AC would turn on, an extremely potent, musty smell would fill the room and induce a headache. The bathroom smelt like urine. There were stains on everything (lamp shades, curtains, pillow cases). I ended up leaving a day early. "

"This hotel is clearly designed for someone who is there for more than an overnight stay like we were. While the room was spacious, the full fridge was noisy, the ice machine was very hard to find, and was mostly shaved ice. Plastic cups were so thin, they crumbled trying to unwrap them"

"It was a clean and comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were especially helpful. My flight out was late in the day; they gave me a free late checkout, and stored my bags until it was time to get the airport shuttle. Would stay there again in a similar circumstance. "
