Hotels in School Tree

Pleased with this hotel. Very clean, but thin ceilings, floors and walls. I heard all walking above me and i could hear the water from toilets flushing and showers. I could clearly hear everyone coming out of the elevator. Needed earplugs to sleep.

I loved that it was so clean and so close to downtown. It also felt very safe since I was traveling alone.

Comfortable stay, clean & very close to the airport for those middle of the night flights. Also appreciated having two kings in the room. Only complaint was paying for parking.

I didn't really need the kitchen area, but if I was staying there more than one night, it would of been great! Although, I still used the refrigerator and usually use a microwave. It was nice that we each got 2 cups of coffee with the coffee maker and we liked the breakfast.

Nice, comfortable hotel. I was fortunate to come when I did because the parking gate was up so I didn't have to pay for parking. I'm guessing it was due to it being on the weekend. Breakfast choices were varied and good

We had a fantastic stay at Oaktown Roost. Our hallway king room was very spacious, very comfortable, and spotless. The rooftop/courtyard between rooms was a thoughtful touch—it added privacy and made for a perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and they had a gated parking lot. The location was ideal—close to bart and the Fox Theater. It was a great experience all around. Would definitely return.

The hotel was great, I just did not care for the area

Super Clean, New interior carpet and finishes, Great Shower, Large Screen TV, couch in the King Bed room. Only issue for me is a Very Firm Bed. Also feel like they should automatically provide more than 2 towels.

Excellent location. Excellent staff.

Very nice hotel right next to the Amtrak station. We took the train so location was perfect. However, you will hear trains running day and night. Very clean room, comfortable bed, great shower. Fridge and microwave. Great breakfast buffet. Walk to wonderful food court place with many options.

Food options are quite less. It can be improved Bed are not very hygienic but not bad as well

Check in: friendly staff, free popcorn for guests, bowl of apples for the taking Room: Clean, spacious, amenities in bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer) Bed: Comfortable, pillows a little too full and hard for me, but my husband was perfectly happy Evening: Cookies for guests Breakfast: Wonderful! Juices, coffee, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes with butter and syrup, muffins, bagels......really a nice perk with the price of the room. I...

Great location, right outside the city over the bridge near lots of restaurants and night life.

the one i just don’t like is parking. it should be free parking already because we check in.

Wish the pool was open, however, the pools at the Bay Club was a reasonable alternative.
