The Duval House was absolutely precious. The garden courtyard was beautifully taken care of with plenty of nooks to sit in. The pool is mostly shaded for the hottest part of the day, which seemed especially valuable in comparison to other BnBs. Our room was very comfortable with probably the best bed I’ve been in at a hotel or BnB. And all of the staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Even KissKiss, the property cat, made the rounds to our room to make sure everything was in perfect...

We had a fine stay. Our room was secluded. That is a good description. All the little balconies had a real secluded feel. Views to the other balconies were all obscured. Staff was game on. The cafe is recognized as one of the best restaurants on the island, get a dinner reservation well in advance of your stay.

Absolutely loved our 5 night stay this past week at Orchid Key!! What a fabulous adult only boutique hotel located just steps off of Duval! We stayed in a Deluxe King the first night because we added on a night at the front end of our trip and it was just off of the pool area and very cozy. Loved the large shower and the room was so clean! Lots of fluffy towels and little extras like free waters and cookies and peppermints were left in the room. My wife and I were delighted to spend delightful 5 days at the Cypress House. Both the facilities and staff exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to experience what the old Key West was.

My husband and I recently stayed at H2O Suites for 3 nights. The property was immaculate, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and our room was large and comfortable. We had a suite that had a plunge pool - this was amazing!! We used it several times daily. The location is perfect - one block from Duval, so everything is easily accessed, but it’s very quiet. Friendly staff. Room was ready and clean. Built in the 1800’s. Inground pool was a plus. One block off of Duvall St. and 7 blocks from The Mallory Square area. Everything within walking distance. Breakfasts were hearty and tasty. We had a late afternoon flight out and we kept our room until we left since no one was checking in to that room on that day. A cab for the airport was called for us which arrived right on time. A quaint place just blocks from the hustle and bustle of Key West. ...

We had a great stay. If you're looking for a quiet place of of Duval, I highly recommend this place. It's not a fancy place but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool is lovely. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars. Stores nearby. The hosts communicate very well. Anything we needed, they were on it right away with a text and let us know when to expect them. We will be booking here for our future stays.

I read some bad reviews.... and I think those people are probably just snobs lol. This is a quirky, unique hotel that feels very "Key West"y. It isn't a 5 star hotel, it's old and cute but clean, funky, and an experience you won't get anywhere else. The vibe of the place is very islandy and different than any chain you'll find. Casa 325 is a great hotel in a great location. Located in the center of the action but secluded enough that it's nice and quiet.

We so appreciated the location of this place. We so appreciated how close it was to everything and then to be able to walk out and go to the pool or the hot tub or the beach was just perfect

This was my first time to Key West, but I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. The property is in a residential area and pretty quiet; the room was basic with a functional design and well-maintained. The location was great in that there are places to walk to or you can order a taxi/ride share. Parking included!

Upon our arrival, the sight of 2 iguanas on the lounging on the bridge by the pristine water at the back of the property had my entire family out of the minivan at lightning speed. They followed one, which lead them to trees full of these beautiful lizards. The front desk personnel, a very amiable gentleman, was very friendly and welcoming. An excellent location in town for a visit. We were up on third floor great view especially from porch…tough getting up stairs w luggage. Overall a wonderful visit. Beautiful location and just antique enough! Cheers
