We really enjoyed our stay and was perfect for a quick weekend trip. Parking across the street, (make sure to go in and get the card to help you park) very convenient location for everything. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Opt for a private balcony if possible. It was awesome being able to walk to everything and watch a cruise depart from the pool! Will be back and would recommend! Oh and bring earplugs for sleeping since you’re not...

Had a very pleasant stay in a small room at the back where I could relax enough to recover from a mental health condition because of people who are offensive.

Second time staying and would recommend to anyone! Great location and helpful staff.

I had An amazing time at this property and it offers a great breakfast, all day two pools, and a hot tub that is open all night and day.

Casa 325 is a great hotel in a great location. Located in the center of the action but secluded enough that it's nice and quiet.

I read some bad reviews.... and I think those people are probably just snobs lol. This is a quirky, unique hotel that feels very "Key West"y. It isn't a 5 star hotel, it's old and cute but clean, funky, and an experience you won't get anywhere else. The vibe of the place is very islandy and different than any chain you'll find. Location, location, location! This place is right next to the lighthouse, across the street from Hemingway's house and museum, just down the street from the Southernmost Point marker and just down the street from Mallory Square where everyone gathers to eatch the sunset. Perfect!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Everyone was wonderful. The property was immaculate. The hotel was a perfect location. The only negative would be that the Disney cruise ship passengers were able to use the amenities such as the pool restroom. The restroom was located by the pool so we had to wait in line at least 15 minutes. Would have been faster going back to our room but that would be annoying.

The Duval House was absolutely precious. The garden courtyard was beautifully taken care of with plenty of nooks to sit in. The pool is mostly shaded for the hottest part of the day, which seemed especially valuable in comparison to other BnBs. Our room was very comfortable with probably the best bed I’ve been in at a hotel or BnB. And all of the staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Even KissKiss, the property cat, made the rounds to our room to make sure everything was in perfect...

The hotel and staff were all very nice. The location was within a short walk to many restaurants and activities. There were on site bikes, scooters, and golf carts to rent. The only thing that would have been better was a shuttle from the hotel to the airport.

Loved the walkability to Everywhere! Sunsets were Great and Private! Beach access was a Plus!!!!! Bar and restaurant were very convenient! Enjoyed The Atmosphere Very Much!!!

Great experience @ Opal Key Resort, excellent accommodations , great staff and wonderful location to watch the sunset from your balcony. I'll recommend it to family and friends and I'll definitely come back!

Walkable location. Older hotel, newly refurbished rooms. Great air conditioning. Nice pool. Omelet station for breakfast. Kind , helpful staff, would stay here again

Absolutely wonderful destination fir a relaxing stay while in Key West. Can not say enough about the great staff— friendly, helpful, just happy to be working here. They could not be more accommodating!! Add to that complimentary wine in your room, daily happy hours by the pool, and full service cooked breakfasts that easily saves you hundreds of dollars on a 4- day stay. Can not give this place enough praise. We are already planning a return trip.

The service was over the top! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and always looking to do more. Room and hotel had a boutique feel that you don't see with the chain hotels. Also the location is ideal. One block off the action. Duval street is loud and crazy, but turn into the hotel and it suddenly becomes quite and comfortable. We will definitely be back

The Grand Guesthouse is a gem in Key West! The host was outstanding and the facility was lovely. Breakfast was simple but nice, and the Happy Hour was an added bonus. We had a nice suite- a bedroom and a living/kitchen area. The room was nicely appointed and it was straightened by the staff each day. The room was very clean! Overall, my wife and I were impressed! Two small improvements... the mattress was too firm. Also, the wifi was not strong enough in our room to stream anything. ...
