"Great location, beautifully appointed property. Convenient & clean. Good value and excellent space. Only complaints: Bed mattress was really hot and the bar soap was like chalk. "

Chocolate cookies when we checked in, a little continental breakfast the next morning (we were told ahead of time that no more cooked breakfast due to the time of year) and super comfortable bed. "This was a horrible experience. I booked a non-smoking room. When I arrived, I was told there are only smoking rooms available. I told the manager I have a child with me a did not want a smoking room. He told me I could cancel, which he did. I later received a confirmation that it was cancelled. The next day I received another message saying that I couldn't cancel and they I will be charged for thee room. Even afterexplaining the situation, they still insist i can't cancel even though it...
