"Don't desk staff was friendly. One elevator was broken but wasn't a long wait to get on the operational one. Hair is in tub, no body wash, stains on the towels and sheets. I brought my own anyway so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was fine, waffles eggs sausage yogurt coffee and juice. "

"This could be a GREAT hotel! But, its not. The restaurant is only open on weekends, so there is no room service. I can't rate the restaurant (Siri), but I wouldn't expect 5 star. The spa has never been opened in the 5 times I've stayed here since 2017. The ice machines produce moldy bits in their product, so haven't been properly cleaned in years, if ever. I imagine this hotel is only still in business due to its proximity to the AT&T Arlington stadium nearby. They probably are sold out for games, concerts and other events, no doubt with inflated rates. Such a pity.."

"We stayed there with 4 grandkids and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Rooms were clean, breakfast hot with a wide variety o choices. We never came across an employee that didn't have a smile on their face. The staff made our stay a pleasant and memorable one. We will definitely be staying there again."

"Very nice stay, clean, property. Good breakfast. Front desk staff could’ve been friendlier at check-in, didn’t answer phone when I called them as TV wasn’t or king properly. Overall a great stay, adequate breakfast, as well!"
