"Quite nice older style hotel, rooms were very nice with high ceiling. General condition was very good as well as cleaning. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and we were not so happy that the main buffet restaurant was closing for dinner at 19:30 (too early), but otherwise had a nice stay. Spa was also good but don’t expect too much!"
"3 Sterne Hotel, authentisch, wie in der Beschreibung. Zimmer modern, ich konnte keinen Unterschied zum Zimmer eines 4 Sterne Hotel erkennen. Zimmer war sehr sauber, Matratzen etwas härter, für uns top.
Zu den Mahlzeiten waren wir sehr pünktlich, und hatten auch eine ausreichende Auswahl. Für jeden war etwas dabei, auch mein Mann als Veganer war zufrieden.
Den Spar Bereich haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Es gab auch ein Café/-Bar, mit einer Auswahl an Kuchen und alkoholischen Getränken."

"We chose this place because of the location. Our granddaughter and her hockey team were at the hotel across the street. There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance "
"The accomodations is in a quiet location, inviting for walks in nature, the colonnade and hot springs are a few km away. Close to the art gallery and the Linhart reserve. The room has comfortable, firm mattresses, you sleep very well, everything is clean."

The breakfast is filling. There was plenty to choose from if one is more vegetarian inclined but if one wanted meet, on offer we're told long, thin sausages I've seen all over eastern Europe,ham and some type of salami."

The location is the best in a quiet part of Karlovy Vary yet close to everything. The staff is professional. We came at the beginning of the season so it was still pretty mellow and definitely not at full capacity. Utilizing the pool & spa and having 4 massages booked. 3 great 1 just ok ( apparently the therapist left the room 3x during the 90 minute massage) not sure why . Also I was going to bring my friends to the Becher’s Bar...

Incredible stay! Sweet beautiful room with a great view, wonderful comfy bed and pillows, helpful staff, AMAZING breakfast, perfect location. We loved staying here! Perfect honeymoon spot. Beautiful spa just across the street, one of the thermals across the street and a few springs right outside, really just a perfect spot. Highly recommended!!
Our room was very clean and very large. We overlooked the river with great views along the main shopping district. The manager Vlad, was very attentive to our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, suggesting best places to buy crystal.
