This place is awesome, the hotel is beautiful and their breakfast is incredible! My husband and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. When I left the hotel in a rush; I realized I lost my ipad at the airport, I called the hotel, they found my ipad in the room and had it shipped to me. Totally trust the staff there and will stay again…
This hotel was in the best location in the city and was right next to the river and bridge. The amenities and room was great. I would recommend this hotel!
We have spent 4 days in this hotel and must say that it was wonderful in all aspects of an hotel. Having spent in past a lot in hotels worldwide, this is an outstanding hotel, with a unique concept having an excellent service starting from location continuing with room, breakfast, afternoon wine and cheese reception, SPA, cleanness and exceptional friendly staff.
Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional.
Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.
Very convenient location with multiple modes of public transportation within walking distance and right outside the hotel. On one of the main streets for shopping and also very close to multiple tourist areas. Breakfast is much cheaper if you book through Expedia and included in the room rate. Breakfast options were excellent and a time saver in the morning instead of looking outside.
First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Definitely a five star in a great Budapest location- many great restaurants and bars in five minute walking distance. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.
Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and many amenities! It was a residential building with an inner courtyard which has been covered. Some original elements were preserved. Very good service and friendly staff. Well kept property. On a very high end shopping street and very close to many sites. Their Lebanese restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again.
Having stayed at other 5 star hotels in Budapest, this is the only one I can say is truly 5 stars. The people working here offer the best service. And having the private terrace at the New York Cafe in the lobby is incredible. Great place.
Nice, unique and well managed property. We enjoyed our room and were happily surprised by the variety quality and quantity of breakfast foods! From scrambled eggs with cheese to hummus, fresh fruits, sausage,bacon and pastries. All served with espresso or coffee and prosecco if you choose. Staff arranged our taxi back to the airport and had a bagged breakfast prepared for the trip. Many lovely complimentary items including wine at check in and nespresso and tea. Great hotel with amazing staff. Everything was super clean, and I loved the location, it was very easy to get around and access other parts of the city. The staff were lovely, and I really enjoyed the breakfast as well.
