Hotels in St Johns River Estates

very, very, nice place to stay. Breakfast top notch, cleanliness of facility and room was excellent ! Hot shower was perfect!!

Everything was excellent at the property, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend my family and friends to this property.

Super friendly and clean. Loved all the little extras like makeup wipes, mouthwash, shower cap, and k-cups for Keurig. Beds were super comfy and the pillows were hard not to take home. lol

Wonderful hotel! Clean hotel with helpful friendly staff! Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. Very quiet stay with convenient location and lots of restaurants nearby

Stayed here on our last day of vacation since it was close to the Sanford airport. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby. I took my family down the street to elev8 for some family fun. Not a far drive from New Smyrna beach which we also visited during our stay. Staff was so friendly & accommodating & our room was clean & comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back.

Great check in and always so friendly! When I visit family, I always stay here.

Really good staying

Great stay!!!!! 5 stars all around!!!!

I recently stayed for 1 night and I was very pleased with this hotel overall. The room was very clean, everything was stocked. Also the staff was great specially Kayla at the front desk. After we checked out I had some work to do and I stayed in the lobby for a few hours. Kayla came by to check on me, to see if there was anything I needed and even offered me water. I recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

I checked in at 2am in the morning and had to leave again four hours later for an event. The man who checked me into the hotel was Tony, and when I left later that morning he remembered and greeted me by name. I was very impressed.

Was surprised that trash was overflowing at the coffee bar at 11:40 at night and not picked up.

Excellent stay

Everyone we came in contact with was incredible. Each went out of their to accommodate our request. Over the top.

Nice place. Absolutely loved the gym.

Very nice facilities! Fairly close to town (7 miles). Refrigerator in room allowed for snacks and drinks in the evenings!

Best motel at half the price. Surprise Surprise. Finally accommodations without needing a bank loan.

The court yard and the front of the facility is big enough for our family gathering of about 40 people. The community is quiet with lot of green. The management is available and can be reached at any time. What is the thing we do not like? We do not know, we love everything and will be back again. Tks

This is the perfect place for a couple to stay and be within walking distance of historic Sanford. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. The living room is comfy and includes a good working desk and a Smart tv. The bed is very comfortable and also has a Smart TV (which we loved). The bathroom has a bathtub which was a treat. Eliana is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions. The historic Sanford area is really nice, tons of restaurants / bars / shops!...
