The room was clean and comfortable However a lot of noise from guests at all times at night. The doors ned to be more sound proof. Restaurant service needs to be improved

Staff at Grand Dolphin were very helpful and courteous, starting from the front desk management to the dining staff. Laksmi from the reservation team made my car bookings to Ayodhya, Boat Tour for Ganga Aarati and Airport pick up. Prices were reasonable and she was very responsive to my requests. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Varanasi.

It is the best hotel which provides approximate all the facilities and provide rooms for stay at night and all also having a beautiful welcome guesture that's really impressed us it is just an awesome place I think if you search for a hotel then I prefer the nest Residency Hotel thank you

Breathtaking view of the Ganges. Nice little restaurant on the rooftop. Very attentive and kind staff. Sanjai, at the reception desk, organized for us the boat ride, taxi, the tour guides, — big thank you. Molu, one of our guides, was great. The location of this hotel is exceptional. This is the place that I will never forget.

Newly renovated as of feb2025. Walking distance to The Shree Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Very friendly staff. Quiet and secluded location for relaxing.

Free airport shuttle (as described in Expedia) is not correct. They ask for 1000 rupees per vehicle one-way. Bathroom and towels were not so good. Staff and services were good . In-house restaurant food was good . Communication response from hotel were always prompt. Overall the price is little high.

Great value, excellent breakfast buffet! Very nice staff (Thank you Santos). Great spa. Location is off the river front but still nice. You’ll have to cab or tuk tuk to the riverfront and old town but at 60 to 75 a night, it’s a deal. The bar and lounge on grounds is also a gem. Thank you for a nice stay 👍

We were warmly welcomed after a long day of flying and driving. Neeraj the manager was able to help us with any needs we had. He went above and beyond with making us comfortable, ordering food, taxis, morning boat ride and anything else we needed. The food was delicious in the restaurant and clean. The service was was good and my friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of character. the view from the top of the hotel is beautiful and looks out to the ganges,...

I stayed at Ekam Kashi for three days and had a great experience. Archana at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen, Jathragani, served excellent food, especially the dinner thali. The restaurant staff, Neha, Lucky, and Akash, were warm and made us feel like family. The location is a big plus.
