Amazing experience. Food is great, service is great, internet is SUPER fast and reliable, bed is comfy, the area is nice, the hotel is beautiful, fully recommend. The only annoying thing is the shower because it leaks water all over the bathroom.

Great location

I have been traveling to Lima several times ver the last 10 years. I always select Tierra Viva Miraflores at Gral. Mendiburu. The staff is just superb - from check-in to breakfast to assistance with taxis, etc. Suggest selecting a room facing the inside courtyard for lower steer noise.

Yo creo que la primera impresión debe ser el counter de atención y eso no lo vi, es muy frío , nada acogedor.

Stayed two nights in November 2015. Space around the king-size bed was modest, nice bathroom, everything worked well. WiFi was nice to have. There is an elevator. Breakfast on the 8th floor was good and offered considerable variety. Most impressive was how helpful the front desk staff was. Everyone there had very good English, and they were always quick with answers, map, assistance getting taxis, etc. The hotel is very conveniently located. About five blocks walk to the LarcoMar...

We had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and professional, the room was nice, and the breakfast was really good.

Beyond excellent hotel & would rate this the nicest hotel in Lima over Belmond for better location. Pool & spa were excellent as well.

I like the silence at night, which allows you to rest and sleep pleasantly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Perhaps the only drawback is that it does not have a dining room service. Many times, one does not want to leave the hotel and wants to eat something right there.

Ingresé al hotel pasado media noche y solo me dejaron estar hasta la 1:30 pm y no 2:30 por más que pedi algo de consideración por ingresar muy tarde al hotel, no parece un hotel que estaba lleno así que un poquito de flexibilidad hubiera hecho mejor mi experiencia

I really enjoyed my time in Tambo 1. It's a great location and clean and walkable to many places. The Breakfast was great and plenty of it. We did have an incident where my sister fell in the shower and lacerated her head and bruised her back. I did bring it to the attention of the personnel and they took matters into their hands. BUt be very careful with the very slippery floor in the bathroom. Do request a mat for the shower prior to occupying. Other than that we really enjoy the place.

Super cheap room service! Great customer service and super attentive staff. Only downfall is location is a bit lacking.

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Hotel location was near everything so it made really convenient. This hotel it’s very secured. We travel with our 2 young children and we felt safe.
