Super cheap room service! Great customer service and super attentive staff. Only downfall is location is a bit lacking.

Amazing experience. Food is great, service is great, internet is SUPER fast and reliable, bed is comfy, the area is nice, the hotel is beautiful, fully recommend. The only annoying thing is the shower because it leaks water all over the bathroom.

This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. Hotel location was near everything so it made really convenient. This hotel it’s very secured. We travel with our 2 young children and we felt safe. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was excellent and the staff was pleasent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Amenities like the pool were nice and the room was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

Ingresé al hotel pasado media noche y solo me dejaron estar hasta la 1:30 pm y no 2:30 por más que pedi algo de consideración por ingresar muy tarde al hotel, no parece un hotel que estaba lleno así que un poquito de flexibilidad hubiera hecho mejor mi experiencia

Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival. The hotel was super clean and very nice/updated!

This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!

I stayed less than 24 hours as I had an early flight but it was the perfect and central spot to stay, close to Parque Kennedy and tons of options for food and shopping. Staff was awesome overall and even prepped an early breakfast to-go bag for me because I had to leave hotel so early to get to airport. Thanks!

I was there for 10 days & felt at home. Staff was amazing, friendly, courteous & helpful. Great neighborhood. Close to banks, shops & restaurants. I will stay there again. And I highly recommended this hotel. 5 Stars

My daughter loved the big soaker tub... I enjoyed the location because it is so close to dining and ocean views.
