"Everything was great! No complaints."

"Room was clean but had a few broken tiles and the carpet was stained some. Otherwise it was a nice room. The bathroom had the broken tiles and a bad looking shower door. The hotel itself is clean and the food ranged from great (mid-week dinner) to average (some breakfast fare). However, overall it was decent food. The breakfast line is a rather difficult place to manage (layout could use some improvement). The seating in the dining area needs an upgrade. Regular height tables with bench seats that are soft and short put only the tallest of us at a good height to access our plates. At 5’8” I felt like a kindergartener trying to eat in those seats. The pool was warm, and the hot tub nice but almost always crowded. Parking spaces are quite small with concrete curbs so watch out for gouging your rims. Still, overall, the rooms are large and quiet enough (if they have no passage door to the next room). Ours did and the people were pretty loud there, thankfully not too often though. The hotel is a good value but at least my room could use a little TLC."

"This hotel was beautiful, loved the history of it. The rooms and the property were super clean and well maintained. All of the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious."

"While the staff at this hotel was nice their rooms need some major updating. The first room we were given was so smelly. It seemed someone had smoked in it and then they had tried to cover it up with a floral spray of some sort. They did change our room without any dispute. The second room smelled fine but it was old with rust on the lamps, marks on the walls, bathroom was old. The carpeting in the hallway was stained and worn."

"Very nice rooms. Don't depend on a lot from the market place there, or accept the first floor room next to conference area, it gets very loud during parties and all, but I really very well maintained property."

"We arrived on site and were greeted by several "residents" sitting in their opened doorways, partially dressed/undressed and smoking on the sidewalks. The lobby was relatively clean but there were obvious signs of wear and tear on the walls, furniture and floors throughout the space and a general stale smell in the air. I then registered with the front desk where the employee who helped me was very pleasant. When I first opened the room, I was hit with an overbearing damp moldy smell that made it difficult for me to even enter the room. After closing the door and turning on the AC unit the room began to cool but the smell did not go away. The TV had several vertical lines in the screen from top to bottom across the center of the screen itself, no matter what channel I selected, and was very obviously damaged by a previous occupant. I immediately went to the lobby and told the employee there that we could not stay in the room. He offered me another room, but I declined having no reason to believe the second room would be any better. I then asked about a refund or at least a room credit at a better hotel. He gave me the number of his manager and told me that she would not be there till the next day. Upon leaving, we immediately called the customer service number for Hotels.com. After explaining our situation to two service operators we were told that we would receive a call from a supervisor within 24-48 hours. That call NEVER came and I am completely dissatisfied."

"This place was very clean and new looking. It’s a basic studio type room with a bed, convenient table, sink, cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. Maid service is only once a week, but you can exchange towels whenever needed. Personally, I like that because I don’t have to be out of the room at a certain time and I actually save on tipping. They’re a nice amenities like a gym and laundry. No food service and you need to bring your own utensils, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, very nice and we actually extended our stay a day or two because of business. Would stay here again."
