Beautiful historic and unique property for the adventurous traveler. The haveli is family run and the warmth and care of the staff is exceptional. Rooftop dining and traditional puppet show are one of a kind experience, and the food is among the best we had in India. Dhan Singh and colleagues took excellent care of us, even walking our bags to the main road at 430 am for the trip to the airport.
Very nice hotel with beautiful grounds. Breakfast was also enjoyable. The shower would be my only complaint, it ha poor water pressure and wasn't the warmest

The hotel is indeed a palace, dripping with Old India soul with lots of gardens and greenery to make it an Oasis. Good food in the hotel restaurants but avoid the Italian restaurant Paladio also on hotel grounds but outside- owned with dismal food and pretentious unwelcoming attitude. I had a great time. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Kanishk greeted me, made me feel incredibly welcomed and helped me with some train tickets I needed to purchase. I arrived at the hotel quite early and my room wasn't ready so the manager, Saurabh, arranged a temporary room for me to change and freshen up while my room was ready. Hotel Orchid is a beautiful hotel, the service was excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff most accommodating. I traveled alone and the security is good. The food well presented and everything high quality. Make sure to have the breakfast! This was my first time in Jaipur and I plan to come again. I will be staying at Hotel Orchid when I do. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about both the staff and the facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-appointed.
We also ordered food delivery a few nights and really enjoyed spending time on the rooftop patio, which offered beautiful views of the city.
Lastly, we had to catch a late-night bus and were able to leave our bags at the hotel until around 9 PM after checkout with absolutely no issues.
