Hotels in Ntinda

"Dirty and no real attention to detail, bath room had mold or something"

"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. The menu for the restaurant is limited and much of what is on the menu is not available. Having said that, I did not...

"I booked and paid through the app. But they refused me check inn."

"Great location in Ntinda and great views from the 4th floor. "

"I need my refund before I sue you. The hotel refused to give me a room. They doesn't have any contract with you. If I don't get my refund I will take this matter to coat of low."

"Staff very kind, nice and big room, excellent food in the restaurant."

"Paul and staff were wonderful. Food was really great. Clean, quiet and safe. "

"The rooms were small but very cute and clean. The restaurant good was delicious and served in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and attentive. And finally, the facility is just beautiful. It’s set into the trees at various levels and it feels like a true forest getaway in the middle of the city. We were just there for the night, but peeked into the group use rooms and they all looked lovely. Perfect for travellers or a local!"

"The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. "

"So so cute! Beds were hard but okay. Water pressure was excellent. Great restaurant. Nice pool. "

"Super friendly staff, best service and food. Can't thank this hotel enough. "

"I was on a work trip for 11 days . I thought I had booked a bigger room. When I asked about it. A day later I was upgraded to a suite. Great staff and wonderful stay. Mall is close to the hotel. I did not care for the gym. Will return. Thank you!! "
