Fun euro style hotel with a young, hip feel. As such, it can be a little loud. The night I stayed they were showing Bad Santa (an adult holiday movie) in a public area off the bar/reception area with hot chocolate bar and such. I expected a not quiet hotel, so I was not at all put off.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a master class on how to build and run a hotel. I appreciated the quiet clean room, easy parking and perfect location.

All of the staff was very sweet and personable , the building was very clean and taken care of , the hotel is in a beautiful area. It looks much better in person which is rare for a hotel ! 10 out of 10 it was great ! :)

Element Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Austin, only few blocks from the State Capitol. There are many nice restaurants next to the hotel. Valet parking is expensive. There is a multi-storey garage directly across the hotel. Ask for upper floor which is quite and with a nice view of downtown Austin. Element Hotel rotates the breakfast menu daily. Breakfast included yogurt, juice, fruit, danishes, pancakes, muffins with cheese and beacon. Evening reception with cheese, beer, red...

This was a great little clean hotel with easy access to the HEB center.

The hotel was very clean and new. The staff was very helpful. Wonderful hot breakfast. Great area and close to shopping and dining. Would stay again!

All good, no issues during our stay but breakfast is only until 9am.

No water bottles inside the room. They can provide that for free.

I like this hotel run by the owner’s family members. Latest: JOSE, one their employees, Jose found my wallet which I left by the outdoors fireplace and promptly delivered it back to me. A good man.

The check in and checkout process was super fast and friendly. The hotel is easy to get to and parking is great. The facilities are nice and clean, the pool is small but nice. The area around the hotel is not super glamorous, it’s off the highway, and it’s not very walkable, but if you’re driving, it’s close to a lot of good restaurants.
