This property was a gem of a find! The property was so beautiful, peaceful. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Shout out to Kit who was on duty in the evenings. He was such a pleasure to talk to during happy hour each evening. This is easy easy walk into old downtown Evergreen. Just beautiful and nothing nefative to say at all. Breakfasts were superb! Would stay here 100X over….

An absolutely sweet place nestled in the pines with great innkeepers. I had the Coyote Room which is an architectural and artistic wonder with original art and handcrafted furniture, oak floors and hand troweled plaster walls. Very cool. Great trails are right out the door and the proximity to Evergreen, Red Rocks and Golden is perfect. The breakfast was delightful and homemade. The feel is relaxing, unpretentious and welcoming.

Staff was friendly, the property was clean and breakfast had many options.

Everything was awesome. Check in was fast and easy , room was immaculate, and the property was beautiful. We will definitely be back soon.

I was born and raised in Denver. I now live elsewhere but still make it to the family events. I always, always stay at this Holiday Inn. I come back for the location, clean rooms, and the most family friendly staff. They have remember me and treat me like a visiting friend. Did I mention they are pet friendly?! A cute, quiet, convenient stay for a show at red rocks

Nice, modern rooms. Good pub/restaurant for casual dinner - we enjoyed great BBQ from their food truck served at the bar.

Amazing!!! Don’t listen to any of the petty complaints. Great staff, great location, super comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, and clean rooms. I can go on forever complimenting this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a King suite before and after my ski trip. The room was big and warm. My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter trip. This is my "go to" hotel each time I visit her because of the close proximity to restaurants and local stores to stock up on food and necessities. It is an hour away from our favorite ski resort, Keystone. I will be back!

Had a wonderful stay at hotel and staff was very helpful.

This Marriott was a lovely, though older, hotel easily accessible to I-70 corridor. The room was clean, quiet and the bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering and complimentary toiletries were appreciated. We purchased the breakfast for both mornings of our stay. The selections were abundant, promptly restocked and delicious. The hostesses were very friendly and ensured tables were quickly wiped down after customers left. We had a lovely stay and would book again.

This was our second visit. It is great place for an extended stay.

The room was wonderful. Like a mini studio and suited our needs perfectly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area was clean and had a few options. The juice machines had issues but it wasn’t that big of a deal. All of the employees from management to house keeping engaged every single point of contact. We did have a fire in a room above us while we were there but it was handled quickly and everyone was safe. We will visit and stay here again. It was very quiet as well

Great hotel for families -- dinosaur theme with fossils and dinosaur bones!! Free info session on dinosaurs! Great FREE hot breakfast -- eggs, bacon or ham, potatoes, made-to-order waffles. Plus cereal, fruit, etc. Rooms are basic -- no fridge or microwave. Room I was in had a tiny bathroom with toilet and shower in bathroom, sink in main room. No elevator, but only two floors so manageable. QUIET -- knew there were guests on either side of me but never heard any noise. Ice machine did not...

Very friendly check in. Staff at hotel all were kind and nice. Hotel and casino fun and I took home some money from casino. Lots of fun!

We enjoyed both hot tubs. I didn't like that our room was near the elevator and was quite noisy. Breakfast was not what we were used to, but we completely understand during covid times.

We stayed in one of the suites (Guanella Pass, which is a hostel in the summer but converted into a suite off-season) for a nearby wedding and it was one of the best places I've stayed. Some highlights: - The suite felt more spacious than in the photos. (Flip side, note that the size results in it being a bit dark feeling, but still pleasant.) - Location: it's right next to the river, with a screened-off patio. It was really nice to see/hear the river, and at night, being able to sit outside...

Such a cozy atmosphere, wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely want to go again!
