Great customer service by the team at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. Definitely I will come back but if you planning to dine at the hotel the restaurant is HIGHLY overpriced and drinks are awful. Better to go out and enjoy the city and eat & drink better food.

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Romer's. We came in on the subway from JFK, and it was about 1 block walk from the subway station. We came to eat food and see the museums, and Hell's Kitchen is ground zero for foodies! We found great places to eat within a 15 minute walking distance. Two things we didn't prepare for. Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a quiet place - this is not it, though. You can hear the street noise. It's New York, after all. Just mentioning this as I noticed it, but quickly got used to it. The location is great. Near subways, restaurants, Broadway. Almost everything is walking distance away. The room is good and a welcome respite from the busy-ness of the city, but we didn't spend much time in it, because there is just way too much to see and do and too little time.

This was an amazing place to stay. EVERYONE is friendly. The room is clean. The bed is huge and comfortable. The air gets so cold. The rooftop bar has BEAUTIFUL views of the city. The location is perfect. You're so close to EVERYTHING! The staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. The atmosphere is so chill. Room is clean. Bed was super comfy. The views were spectacular! Had a corner room facing Times Square!

So happy we stayed here. Location is great and the hotel has everything you need. If you are visiting NY, and interested in what happens outside of your room in the city, instead of the superficial amenities or the plastic luxury of cookie-cutter hotels, the St. James is perfect. Clean, wonderful staff, unbeatable location, and at a price that makes sense. Great place!

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, but understand it's NYC and parking isn't always convenient.

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

The hotel was great and the view from the 25th floor was beautiful but the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the service was top tier. Highly recommend.
