"I’ve stayed here a number of times before. Its convenient for visiting my parents. Staff are so nice and helpful. The AC works great. Plenty of parking. Pool is big and nice. Gym is really small. I didnt eat the breakfast other than the sausage n fruit."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The lobby and common areas were clean, and the overall design of the hotel is very cute and stylish. Unfortunately, my first room was placed right by the elevator, even though I had specifically requested a room far away from it. I did have to switch rooms the next night. In the second room, I found a strand of hair in the bed, but since it was only one strand, I chose not to make an issue of it. Another downside was the front desk service, as calls often took a while to be answered. Breakfast was also disappointing. It is supposed to be served until 9:30 a.m. on weekdays, but when I came down at 9:20, staff said breakfast was already over and there was very little left available. The bed was decent, but the pillows were very thin and not the most comfortable. Overall, the hotel has charm and potential, but attention to guest requests, cleanliness details, and service could definitely be improved."

"The room was in a state of utter disrepair. The door was missing paint, and the entrance floor was worse than a public restroom’s. The bathroom was equally appalling, with no cleaning done in ages. The electrical outlet was exposed, and the TV controller and air conditioning unit had clearly been neglected for some time. On the positive side, the location was great. However, this was the most outdated and unkempt Chain Hotel I’ve ever stayed at in over a decade, and I travel for work. ."

"I did not stay in this place. Horrible place to stay. When I arrived at this hotel, there was this strange tall and skinny pervert outside masturbating himself. And he kept on following me around, especially when I went to the dark side of the hotel. I told this Angela to call the police , she kept on wasting time talking to her manger, meanwhile the pervert got away. How this woman named Angela could have assigned me to a dark place where a I have reported a pervert was masturbating himself at? I asked her to change the room, because I was scared. The woman gave me another room with no chain inside the door. Angela at the front desk (rude, disrespectful and arrogant), blamed me for almost been attacked by a pervert. She called the Sheriff and told the sheriff (lying) that I was yelling/shouting at her and I was trespassing. In fact, this woman started yelling at me, when I asked he re -assign me another room that was safe, because I was afraid to beassualted in the middle of the night. Meanwhile, another guest , came up to the front desk and told the woman at the front desk he also saw the pervert. And that the pervert had jumped in while he was staying in another hotel up the road. And he had to fight him back because he is a guy and the pervert was trying to grab him. Instead of apologizing to me, this incompetent person called Angela, yelled and accused me of not being compliant and messing up her shift. I am filling a complaint about this hotel and I will get to"
